• Free Budget Estimate
  Following our initial consultation and on-site visit, we’ll provide a free, budget cost estimate to give you a starting point. This estimate won’t include detailed material breakdowns, 3D renderings, or final plans.
• Detailed Design & Proposal (Optional): If you’d like to delve deeper, we offer a comprehensive design package for a one-time fee of 5% of the estimated budget. This includes material exploration, 3D renderings, and a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, and final investment.
• Construction Costs
  The final construction cost will be based on the detailed proposal and firm bid contract. This ensures upfront clarity on all associated expenses.
